  I placed an online order like many times before. I get there and they tell me they had no order for me. I drove home and saw the order in question in my reward history. Called the store. The manager was very rude. He actually told me I called and cancelled the order then when I insisted that I didn't call the store until now he actually hung up on me. This restaurant has made multiple mistakes in the past on previous orders but they always made it right. Tonight 4/21/18 they lost a customer and I'm sure that I won't be the last person that rude manager drives away.
